Dear Applicant,
Please fill out the attached scholarship application, sign it and return it
with proof of income. The specified Program Director will then look at the
application within 5 working days and contact you regarding the status of the
application.
If
you are granted a scholarship, the balance of the allocation must be paid in
full before the participant can start in the program requested.
Payments can be made in the office between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday
through Friday or they may be mailed to:

Failure to provide proof of income will result in the application not being
reviewed. Please be sure to attach all proof to the application for quicker
service.
