As part of the Y Fitness Crew, Hip/Hop fitness
is a widely popular program that will teach you incredible hip/hop dance steps and get you into
shape while using your instructor's personal guidance. You will
get a great workout, dance to the hottest music, and meet new people!
It is a progressive program that teaches you great new moves each week.
